Green Fields

 

Once there were green fields Kissed by the sun

태양이 눈부신 푸른 들판이 있었습니다 

Once there were valleys Where rivers used to run

흐르는 강물이 있는 계곡도 있었습니다 

Once there were blue skies With white clouds High above

흰 구름이 높이 떠있는 파란 하늘도 있었습니다 

Once there were part of An everlasting love

그리고 영원한 사랑도 있었습니다  

We were the lovers Who strolled Through green fields

우리는 푸른 들판을 거닐던 연인이었습니다.  

Green fields are gone now Parched by the sun

이제 푸른 들판은 태양으로 인해 말라 버렸습니다 

Gone from the valleys Where rivers used to run

강물이 흐르던 계곡도 보이지 않습니다

Gone with the cold wind That swept into my heart

내 마음을 휩쓸고 가 버린 차가운 바람과 함께 사라져 버렸답니다 

Gone with the lovers Who let their dreams depart

사랑하던 사람들의 꿈도 짓밟은 채로 

Where are the green fields That we Used to roam

우리들이 거닐던 그 푸른 들판은 어디로 사라졌을까요
