Some say love, it is a river
that drowns the tender reed

사랑은 무르고 약한 갈대를

삼켜 버리는 저 강물이라고

끝없이 고통을 주는 열망이라고

I say love, it is a flower,
and you its only seed
그러나 나는 이렇게 말하겠어요
사랑이란 한 송이의 꽃이고

오직 그대만의 씨앗이라고....

It's the heart, afraid of breaking,
that never learns to dance
마음에 상처 입는 것이 두려우면

절대 춤추는 방법을 배울 수 없습니다.

꿈에서 깨어나기가 두려우면

절대 기회를 잡을 수 없습니다.

남에게서 받기를 거부하는 사람은

절대 사는 방법을 배우지 못합니다.

사랑이란 단지 운 좋은 사람이나
